Cannibalize best.foods macro

Hi there,

I've attempted to build a macro but I'm just not quite technical enough to work it out, so would love some help.

What I'm after is fairly closely related to what has been mentioned here: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/buffet?comment=134

Basically, if Cannibalize is off cooldown and available, I'd like to use Cannibalize in combination with bests.food. If Cannibalize isn't available, I'd like to just use bests.food.

Anyone able to help?
