Hi there,

I am currently setting up my event and need to configure Google Ads conversion tracking.
Could you please clarify what happens after a successful ticket purchase?

Does the user stay on the same page, or are they redirected to a specific "Success" URL (e.g., /order/confirmed)? Is there a setting to redirect users to a custom URL (e.g., back to my own website) after checkout?

I need a reliable way to trigger the conversion event.

There is no setting to redirect to a custom URL, howver, you can edit this file to track conversion events

We are on the Cloud/SaaS plan, so we cannot edit source files. Is there a 'Custom Code' or 'Head Code' injection field in the dashboard where I can paste a script listener? Or can you enable the Google Analytics integration for our account?
