📬 Reporting Guidelines

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior:

  1. Contact: Email 📧 vchetannihith2004@gmail.com
  2. Include:
    • Incident description
    • Date, time, and location
    • Names involved (if known)
    • Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc.)
  3. Confidentiality: Reports will be investigated promptly and fairly. Privacy will be respected.

⚖️ Enforcement Policy

Community leaders will clarify and enforce these standards fairly.

Possible Actions:

  • ⚠️ Warning – Private written notice
  • Temporary Ban – Suspension for a period
  • 🚫 Permanent Ban – Removal from all spaces
  • 🔄 Issue Reversal – If an action was mistaken, it will be reversed with apology
