What's wrong with my CodeWhale?

I just ran codewhale update to upgrade from version 0.8.5.4 to 0.8.6.3, and now I can’t switch modes at all! Most notably, I’m unable to enter YOLO mode. In addition, a large portion of my historical session have gone missing, though the context window limit of 1MB was never exceeded.

With the transition to 0.8.65, the cost increased by 5 times due to the lack of cache hits. Although the work style and code I'm using are the same as before.
