nFeature_HTO means

Nice software.
when I check my nFeature_HTO and HTO information, I found it very deffferent numbers. I do know sometimes it have different number when use HTODemux. But can you explain what the numer 1,2,3,4,5 mean at top nFeature_HTO. it mean each sample?
