I'm using already Hopsan installed with snap on Alma Linux 9.7 and tried to build it from scratch on this Linux system. Which qwt version matches with the latest hopsan version? |

I am trying to build in an Alma 9 container here: https://github.com/Hopsan/hopsan-container-build There are other issues as well like a dependency to qtwebengine that does not work, and issues with third party libraries build in the process not being found, likely due to mismatch in lib/lib64 directory names for libraries. The get named lib64 on rhel-like systems apparently. Maybe my attempt today can be useful, check the build script for details. But the version of qwt being used is the one in the dependencies/dependencies.xml file. |

For the moment being I installed it on my Windows laptop and will try with snap on my different Ubuntu distros and/or libvrit VM's. As soon as I find out something useful about the installation process, I will report it.
Also the snap installation on Rocky Linux 9.7 seems to work!
Hopsan is a great tool, which in my case might even replace Automation Studio in our hydraulics R&D team.
