I'm pretty much completely done with the mitosis half of this crate now, aside from optimization. I think that before I work on crossover, since I don't really have an exact idea of how I want it to work just yet, I should go back to genetic-rs and make the context update that is needed for all the API-related stuff (I also just hate reading/working around this old API and really want to clean it up as fast as possible before I start working on the next major part of the rewrite).

activation registry might be difficult to move, since we still need serde to work. Might overhaul the activation system entirely.
