Missing next reports are looking for end date

Describe the bug

Some projects with the status 'Invoicing and reporting' are throwing the error 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'end_date'.

To Reproduce

Need a bit of research, but reference is https://test-apply.hypha.app/apply/projects/7/

Expected behavior

The error should be handled.

Priority

• High (keeping you from completing day-to-day tasks)
• Medium (slowing you down)
• Low priority (annoying, would be nice to not see)

I looked in the test db but could not find whats different between project 7 and 8. Project 8 has no error.

If I in the db change project 7 to status "contracting" it loads without issues. I have set it back to "invoicing_and_reporting" and now the error is there again.

I looked deeper into a few projects locally, and I found it has issues with the project's 'start_date' because of the approved contract and its approval date. So, basically it is happening only to old projects. We can put it on hold until someone report it for any new project.
