Add support to Pop_OS!

The CLI tools installation doesn't support Pop_OS! 18.04, despite supporting Ubuntu 18.04 (which is the base Pop was built upon). Should be an easy fix.

Please, can you add the support for Pop_os! Please I need this, installing another distro is too much work for one cli.

Hey I used the installer on their github repo and it worked fine.

Already did on PR #128, waiting for them to integrate!
It's a very simple fix, most of the work on the installer for apt-get dependecies is already done.
