We would like to ask you to enable the ppc64le/s390x pipelines for all the ruby/* repositories.

Describe current CI/CD setup

• Github Actions: Run x86_64, aarch64 (arm64) cases on pull-requests and pushes
• Travis CI: Run ppc64le, s390x cases on pull-requests and pushes
• RubyCI: https://rubyci.org/ : Run periodically once in a few hours

Describe the primary use case for the Github Action Runner

We want to build and test Ruby and Ruby libraries (GitHub ruby/* repositories).

As it's hard to paste all of the repositories, I pasted a few links here.

Note the following 3 repositories in the ruby/* repositories currently have the ppc64le/s390x cases by Travis CI. We want to migrate the cases in Travis CI into GitHub Actions.

Please install the GitHub App from the following link and select your repository:

Note: Once the GitHub App is installed on your account, only the selected repositories will be approved. Additionally you can install the app at the organization level to enable other repos in that org.

Please let me know in this issue once you have installed the github app on your repo. For security reasons, I will double check it is the correct repo and then approve the repo to use our images. You will not be able to use our images until I approve the repo.

After the repo has been approved, you will be able to use the ubuntu-24.04-ppc64le image in the workflow file and all good to go :) The onboarding doc linked above will be helpful.

Please note: forks will not be able to use this service since those repos will not be in our allow list.

I have approved all the repos in the org. Please be aware that our cloud resources are limited so do try to limit our image usage to the main repos. Please be mindful of your usage :)

@mtarsel I am testing the ppc64le/s390x supported images by this PR from my forked repository (junaruga/ruby) to the ruby/ruby repository. However, CI was canceled in all the ppc64le/s390x image cases below. What's the cause and how to fix it?
