*** Objective
The goal of this issue is that of clearly defining the structure of a Nexus package which describes the pythonnpacka to be added to Nexus. This includes information on python package and model configuration files, structure of folders, testing files.
*** Expected outcome
Upon completion of this issue a NEXUS_PACKAGE.md file is committed to the repository, containing clear and detailed instructions on the structure of the package. The CONTRIBUTING.md file will also be updated accordingly, to include instruction on how to open a new PR.
