Objective
For each model merged into Algorithm Nexus we will need to have an owner that guarantees the model is kept up-to date and fixed should it break the CI.
This issue identifies the responsibilities of each model owner and defines a set of rules to be followed after a model is merged into the library.
Expected Outcome
Upon completion of this issue, a document clearly stating the responsibilities of each model owner is committed to the repository.
