Couple things missing from docs #2
Description
Needed to install gunicorn on Ubuntu, it was a simple sudo apt-get install gunicorn but should be in the docs.
Additionally, it seems python manage.py runserver doesn't run out of the box - maybe some more configuration is necessary but isn't mentioned.
