Question on references for fatigue degradation parameters of composite materials in IEA 15MW blade analyses

Thank you for providing the IEA 15MW repository and documentation.

I have a question about the fatigue degradation parameters used for composite blade materials (e.g., glass biax/triax/unidirectional laminates), including S–N-related settings, such as slope/intercept, and mean-stress correction assumptions.

Could you please share the reference basis for these values, such as:

• published literature,
• standards/guidelines,
• or experimental datasets?

If available, I would also appreciate any guidance on recommended parameter ranges for uncertainty or sensitivity studies.
