I lofted the 22MW turbine blade as defined in this file:

The spreadsheet lays out 101 points along the span of the blade (evenly spaced at 0.01 r/R intervals) and gives a chord, twist, location of pitch axis, and pre-bend. There are also 16 sections where the airfoil sections are defined that do not line up with these 101 points. I took the 101 spanwise locations, and interpolated the airfoil profiles to get an approximation of the airfoil at these sections. I then applied appropriate chord, twist, pitch axis, and pre-bend at each of the 101 sections and lofted these together using Engineering Sketch Pad, which is a 3D geometry tool.
There are a number of strange artifacts in the 3D geometry, particularly at the inner 10% or so of the blade. Namely, the FB90 section has a narrower trailing edge than the FB80 section, which leads to an undesirable concave region in the blade (this image is from behind, with suction side on top):
You can see a number of these ‘wiggles’ very easily when showing the mesh (image 1 has suction on top, image 2 is looking at the pressure side):
There is also generally some strange behavior in the trailing edge due to inconsistent trailing edge camber in some of the inboard sections (this is harder to see, suction side on top):
I also attempted to generate using fewer sections (which often helps the loft be smoother), but this did not fix the majority of issues, the worst of which seem to be caused by the shape of the FB90 section.
My suggestion is a reworking of the inner FB sections to ensure smoothness in this section, with particular focus on the FB90.
