Wrong location for chart.json on running the app from the installer

Describe the bug

Upon installing, if you run the app from the installer the chart.json file is saved in the wrong place.

To Reproduce

Install the app via the installer and check the box saying Run the app. The chart.json file will be saved in the directory the installer is in, not the app directory.

Expected behavior

It should create the chart.json file in the app directory.
