Bug: Not possible to update & publish form changes

Hi,
I would like to use your plugin to update javascript file used for event handlers. But I get "An unexpected error occured" alert.

Steps

1. Open FormXml Manager plugin
2. Press Load Entities
3. Select Entity Opportunity and OOTB Opportunity Form
4. Press button "Update & Publish"

Expected
update and publish is successfull but no changes made as there was none done in steps

Actual
Load box apears with first text update and publish but an alert box with "Unexpected error occured"

Further testing and exploration
I've also tried doing changes in either to form name, form description or xml but always gets the same error. I've tried one scenario on Dashboard and it was successfull

System:
Version 1612 (9.0.1.569) (DB 9.0.1.569) online
