use homeModules instead of homeManagerModules

when doing #7 I wrote homeManagerModules. turned out that apparently this is homeModules (see https://www.reddit.com/r/NixOS/comments/1uyxzl6/comment/oy4anhf/?target_user=OliMoli2137). so the fix is to replace that string in flake.nix
