No reason kept when saving a "pending" status ticket

• Version of the plugin : 1.7.3

• Version of your GLPI : 10.0.10-git-0c860f018f and previous

• Steps to reproduce (which actions have you made) : ticket saved, change the status to "pending / en attente" and write a reason, then save ticket again

• Expected result : status pending with reason

• Actual result : status "pending" but no reason keeped, you have to rewrite it and save again

• URL of the page : (glpi_url)/front/ticket.form.php?id=XYZ

I confirm it when use the side bar

But it's OK when use follow/answer window
