This is a feature request rather than a bug. I have been using the MoreTicket plugin and noticed that the additional functionalities it brings to ticket management are only available via the web interface.

Expected result :
It would be extremely helpful for automation and integrations if the features and options added by the MoreTicket plugin (such as custom ticket fields, waiting types, urgency justifications, etc.) were also accessible and manageable via a REST API.
This would enable external tools and scripts to interact with the enhanced ticketing functionalities provided by the plugin, leveraging them outside the GLPI web interface.

Currently, these functionalities appear to be unavailable via the GLPI REST API, making it difficult to automate or integrate with external systems.
