What problem does this solve?

to keep WaveFlow as offline option , me and i'm sure many users do have a local artist image in music folders ,
will be great to use them in WaveFlow ...witout the need to look online .

Proposed solution

on first scan can look for artist.jpg / png in music folders and use them ...

need to make sure all folders scan as have a few options for folders surtcuts:
1, main folder/artist folder/album folder/songs file
2, main folder/album folders

for me i keep artist image ,in artist folder as "artist.jpg"

Hey @jo-el414, thanks for the suggestion! Shipped in #33.

What landed

The scanner now picks up sidecar artist images automatically. Both folder layouts you mentioned work out of the box:

Accepted filenames (case-insensitive, walks up to 3 parent directories from each track):

• Fixed stems: artist.{jpg,jpeg,png,webp,bmp,gif,tiff}, performer.*, band.*
• Any image whose filename matches the artist name (so Daft Punk.jpg, daft-punk.png, DAFT_PUNK.webp all work)

Resolution priority on the artist page is now: local sidecar → cached Deezer picture → live Deezer fetch (last one skipped in offline mode). So once you've got an artist.jpg, the artist page renders fully offline.

For libraries you've already scanned

The scanner has a fast-path that skips audio files whose (mtime, size) haven't changed — which means it won't notice a new artist.jpg you drop into an existing folder. There's now a one-shot rescan button at:

Settings → Library → Local artist images → Scan

It walks every artist that doesn't have an image yet and looks for sidecars. Cheap to re-run anytime.

Bonus: manual override

While I was in there, I also added a pencil overlay that shows up when you hover over the artist photo. Click it to:

• Search Deezer for a different photo
• Upload a local file (jpg/png/webp)
• Remove the current image (falls back to auto-resolution)

A couple of edge cases worth flagging

• cover.jpg in an artist folder won't be picked up as an artist photo — that one's reserved for album covers, otherwise we'd confuse the two on layout 2.
• Compilations / "Various Artists" are skipped on purpose — no single-artist photo makes sense there.
• Multi-artist tracks (e.g. "Daft Punk, Pharrell") only match per-folder: Pharrell.jpg inside the Daft Punk/ folder won't link to Pharrell, but a separate Pharrell/artist.jpg folder elsewhere in your library will.
