Load thread information and display it

• Load the thread and display it's title, content & posting user
• Allow the user who posted the thread the ability to edit that thread
  • There should be some text to show the last edited date/timestamp on the thread, so users know if it was updated
  • There should be some text to show when the thread was initially posted
• Allow org owners, group owners and the thread owner the ability to hard delete a thread (you'll need to make sure to cascade delete)
