Description

Add a section to the template that will be filled out upon closing an issue. We are collecting this data in the description so the spreadsheet will automatically populate it with information.

"Triage" Or "Upon closure section" for the assignee or manager to fill out - this auto populate columns such as "Triage Category" and "Root Cause"

Requirements

New section to be collected in the issue description

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)

The new section is able to populate our issue tracking spreadsheet with notes from closure.
