Disable logs to slab recipes

Is there a way to disable logs to slab recipes in your mod?
It's to fix that issue: VazkiiMods/Quark#4863

of course there is, the same way you disable any other recipe
for this particular issue you need to disable the logs to slabs recipes like this one https://github.com/JDKDigital/utilitarian/blob/dev-1.21.0/src/generated/resources/data/utilitarian/recipe/utility/acacia_logs_to_slabs.json
