IDU : OTA Upgrade removed backup/restore option

Hey, everything working as smooth untill I get ota, now everything is vanished, no backup / restore option new firmware : JIO_JIDU6J11_R2.0.18.2, any instructions to downgrade the firmware ?

I tried to downgrade and it worked .but not this model

@thebigbone I was able to downgrade via UART. The default creds for UART were admin/admin for JIDU6101
Here's the PIN configuration with Pic of how I soldered and connected UART Pins with TTL adapter:
J1 (Marked with Triangle) - TX - Connect to RX of adapter
J2 (Pin below J1) - +3.3V - Leave Unplugged
J3 - RX - Connect to TX of adapter
J4 - GND - Connect to GND of adapter
