Problem with first initializing

I have problem after first boot or reboot rasperry, log:

Very interesting. I will fix it when will return at work. It's will be approx in one week.

@heximcz How did you fix the ascii codec error?

Update: just in case someone is having this 'ascii codec' issue, heres the fix:

• edit /boot/cmdline.txt and remove console=serial0,115200 or console=ttyAMA0,115200 (they both point to ttyAMA0): this will disable being able to login using the serial port and avoid issues trying to access it
• edit /etc/sysctl.conf and add kernel.sysrq = 0: this will suppress kernel messages about the gpio ports (this modification is optional)
