e1000e offloading

Talos has moved to EthernetConfig and removed ethtool in a recent release. I was using your hack to disable offloading for the e1000e NIC. I have not found a work around yet and wondering if you had any ideas?

Specifically this will not work as ethtool not found.

But it doesn't appear EthernetConfig supports all options, specifically offloading.

@TheAceMan the ethtool there is found in the Alpine image that container runs on, not on the host.

I have not even upgraded to Talos 1.12 lol, we'll get there... eventually.

Yeah that is what I thought as well. Might work if the path was explicitly used as the path might be from the nsenter?

Either way it looks like EthernetConfig does support all the options, just the naming was slightly different.
