deployment issues and steps to deploy the changes to the site locally and remotely

We need to find steps how to deploy the site as the site crashes on changes and require too much efforts to host.

• How to deploy the site ? (owners)
• How to deploy the site ? (members and contributors)

Locally it is easy to deploy with npm start but it crashes on online deployment.

What are your thoughts ?

I think only owner have right to deploy for this organization. I think members can do their deploy on their own forked project but can not do for this organization. I got very little information regarding this on Net. Everyone please correct me if I am wrong.

Aditya, I have deployed the project. All pages are opening without any error even on reloading the page.
But I was trying for domain name "https://jk-open-source-community.github.io/", which i putted in homepage url in package.json, but it did not work after deployment. page didn't opened. So , I reversed the changes, i.e. now page is opening in url "https://jk-open-source-community.github.io/JKOSC/#/". But our Home button url in project is "https://jk-open-source-community.github.io/", So i wanted to go with that, in which i didn't succeeded.
So, everyone please share your ideas for this, How this can be done?
