result: Did not run as expected results, the reason should be missing the file “fitted_soft_wl_subtree.pkl ”, I do not know how to get it?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest! The fitted_soft_wl_subtree.pkl file is very large (approximately 15GB), and I am currently looking for a way to host it since GitHub cannot accommodate such a large file.

In the meantime, if you want to reproduce the results shown in the paper, you can run the fit_all.py script. This should generate the figures as presented in the paper. Please note that there may be slight differences due to the randomness involved in the clustering of subtrees. I will update the repository once the exact fitted_soft_wl_subtree.pkl file is available.

If you want to apply BiGraph to your own data, please modify the specified part in the fit_all.py script with your own data path.
