How to Install:
  1: Copy all files(include folder) in "plugins" folder here into server program's "plugin" folder.
      Don't forget to copy "PMEssModules" folder to plugins folder also.
  2: Run your server.
  3: Set up permissions from console or use sample configs.
  3: Done!

How to Upgrade:
  1: Remove all old version plugins of PocketEssentials.
  2: Install the new version normally.

How to Set Up Permissions:
  Please read "Tutorial_Set-Up-Permissions.txt" for instructions.

  Added Files:
  - Plugins/KVHASystem.PHP - Main plugin includes Vanish, Disguise Plugin.
  - Plugins/WorldTeleport.PHP - Teleport to another world when player standing at a point.
  - Src/API/InfWorldAPI.PHP - Infinite world API with multi-world controller.

  Changed Files:
  - Src/API/Entity.PHP - To let entity not spawning when player is vanished.
  - Src/Player.PHP - Added few variables and some public functions( [switchVanish($hideMessage)] ).
  - Src/World/Entity.PHP - To let entity not spawning when player is vanished.
  - Src/API/ServerAPI.PHP - To load InfWorldAPI.PHP
