[CI]del test Qwen3-235B-A22B PD separation with mooncake layerwise connector (vllm-project#11329)

### What this PR does / why we need it?
Temporarily remove the unstable test case for Qwen3-235B-A22B PD
separation with mooncake layerwise connector; redevelop the test case.
issue: vllm-project#11360.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.
