Is there any chance to have a USA dsiware run on a JPN console? I installed Shantae: Risky's Revenge on my cfw and all of its texts is missing. It'll be nice to be able to patch the title in TMFH to force it to use USA region.

I think that depends on your console's language in the system settings.
I found a thread on GBATemp that says Risky's Revenge does not have a Japanese translation, so you'll have to set it to english or another supported language.

I found this tool called hiyalang which should allow you to switch regions. I haven't used it myself so try it at your own risk.
