Contact page: improvements

Following issue #8 related to the further improvement of the 'contact' page I would like to propose some further improvements:

• on the 'stay connected' section on the sidebar there is the icon/logo of Dribble. I would propose to replace it with the Twitter or Instagram icon/link/profile.

• the online form doesn't work right? It needs to be fixed.

• LinkedIn icon should be linked to the real LinkedIn profile.
