Investigate if it possible to add Touché to Touchégg's PPA.

Hey, I am working on this. Here is my test package for PPA https://launchpad.net/~apandada1/+archive/ubuntu/touche

I will send a PR soon with appropriate changes in debian/ so that it can be readily built and you can upload/build-into touchegg PPA in launchpad
