[BUG] alpha results print multiple times (low)

Describe the bug
The following command produces many duplicate results for test code handler.js

clear; ts; .\lapis.bat scan --handler "https://github.com/Josh-Beck/LapisCode-Test-Code/blob/main/js/handler.js" --url "https://github.com/Josh-Beck/LapisCode-Test-Code"

To Reproduce

1. Handler.js is the test file
2. version: alpha

Expected behavior
Deduplicate results so only one "vulnerable" item will be printed
