`rand(Uniform(1f0, 2f0))` returns a `Float64`.

Very briefly:

@assert isa(rand(Uniform(1f0, 2f0)), Float32)

fails, while as expected,

@assert isa(rand(Normal(1f0, 2f0)), Float32)

does not error. Sorry I do not have much time to dig further.
