Overview
When filters are applied, sometimes no data is available. In this ticket, you will be dealing with the empty state of all the charts as well as bonus UI popup for the reports page.
Task
For each chart, display an empty state when there is no data to show. This happens when a filter is applied such that there is no available data that matches the filter specifications. Also, there is no popup that confirms when a report has been saved.
