I'm reporting an issue I had with Texplorer and TPF Tools.
I asked for help on http://me3explorer.proboards.com, managed to find a workaround but the issue still subsist. An admin suggested to report the issue here so here I am.
When I try to save changes after changing a texture for ME1, Texplorer ends up looping at Prefetching Export Name Data. If I try to change the same texture using TPF Tools, it ends up not installing it.
