Update wiki for v1.1 bug-fix scripts
- Check-Open-Bodies: version 1.3 → 1.1
- Clash-Detection-Export: full rewrite — SPA workbench, Conflict API, Value_mm column, wx dialog
- Export-Holes-To-CSV: CoG → Origin (Hole.get_origin()); remove SPA note; add Through-hole note
- Export-3D-Annotations-To-CSV: Type column is FTA string (Annotation.type), not COM type
- BOM-Export-With-Materials: Material column now shows (Part)/(Body) source label
- Check-Missing-Files: replace console output section with wx dialog description
- List-Properties-To-CSV: Type column uses GeometricalFeatureType enum
- Batch-Rename-Instances, Copy-Parameters-Between-Parts, Screenshot-White-Background,
Export-Drawing-Dimensions-To-CSV: version bump to 1.1

Revert wiki subfolder structure — GitHub wiki cannot serve subdirectory pages
Moved all script pages back to root. GitHub wiki only serves .md files
at the repository root; files in subdirectories are not accessible as
wiki pages regardless of link format. Restored all [[Page Name]] wiki
link syntax in _Sidebar.md, Home.md, and all index pages.

Reorganise wiki into category subfolders
Moved all individual script pages into six subfolders:
any-document/, drawing-document/, part-document/,
product-document/, process-document/, shape-generation/
Category index pages and root pages remain at root.
Updated all [[wiki links]] in _Sidebar.md, Home.md, and all
six index pages to include the folder prefix. Fixed
cross-reference in BOM-Export-With-Materials.md.
Home.md updated to include Drawing Document Scripts section
and all 15 new scripts added this session.
