Mariadb does the same as issue 2 with secrets — passwords for db users

Check issue 2. The same happens with mariadb. It saves passes for mariadb users to host1. then adds new user for host2 - in this context password for user in host1 is missing so it recreates it. ad infinitum

Check secrets folder after debops run wordpress and you'll see.
