auto_sync_up disable

Hi!

I use vim-arsync plugin with auto_sync_up option.
It's perfect plugin thank you very much!

But sometimes I want to switch off auto_sync_up without restart vim. For example when I use grep:

Thanks for using the plugin.
For now it's not possible out of the box.

I need to check if i can come up with way a for introducing a temporary disable function.
I'll keep you updated,
