Create Account with In-Use Email gives distracting error message

Description: When attempting to create an account with an email that already has an associated account, a full-screen error message alerts the user, then no indication of what the error showcases on the UI. It’s not clear if this message would even show up not within Expo, and is pretty technical.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Create account with an email address.
2. Log out of that account
3. Try to create an account with the same email address.

Severity: Low

Suggestions: This is a fairly minimal error, so a simple message on the page or highlighting the box red would be a less distracting/helpful error message for the user.
