When using the app, specifically on the rankings page, when going through the candidate lists, we are supposed to select a rating of that candidate. But when clicking, the touch-circle is very large, as large as the majority of the page, so it is unclear what is being selected.

- Log into the application
- Navigate to the Rankings page
- Attempt to give ratings for candidates (This is where error occurs)
Suggestions: Isolate the touch-animation to a single button, this way it will be clear to the user what they are selecting on.
