Editor Split Screen Request

It would be nice if you could drag an open editor to an extreme side (i.e, left/right, top/bottom) and cause that editor to create a new split screen on that side while keeping all other editors on the opposite side of the editor screen.

This feature should be able to be used inside of an already split screen again to split that sub-editor screen again, indefinitely.

With all the stuff being done for v2.0.0, this will be done in v2.1.0, as we may have to fix more bugs we come across during testing, which will take up even more of our time.

In short, this will be a feature of v2.1.0.
