deck gateway validate returns no error with missing namespace

Confusing for customers whom see their files pass validation, but then cannot be synced due to the errors thrown at this point. The documentation is clear that config.namespace is a required field, but this should likewise be reflected when running the validate command.

I did some investigation here. The issue is that when calling validate, we only send the values that are present in the configuration file:

v.validateEntity(entityType, entities.Index(i).Interface())

Then when we sync, we fetch defaults and send them too.

We could fetch defaults for each entity but that will make the validate step significantly slower, and require a lot of work in deck itself.

@Prashansa-K the work you're doing to look at sending values without defaults would resolve this issue too as namespace would not be sent as an empty string.
