Make Query plugins align with query sentence

Currently query plugins have a separate line, when installed (see screenshot).

It would look better, when they are in-line with the query-sentence "in corpora with language", and only on small displays require a separatet line (above the query-sentence, as the panels will open directly below the query line).

To achieve that, it would be nice to add the glimpse option to the plugin-button line (which is semantically fine). I started with an implementation, maybe it can be finished: https://korap.ids-mannheim.de/gerrit/c/KorAP/Kalamar/+/9091

It would be nice to have that for the Methodenmesse 2026.

When the corpus builder panel is opened, the query-buttons should of course, be above the panel and the sentence below.
