need a better BIDS aligned solution for fixing relmat file names.

eg. Bad filename: sub-10159_task-rest_seg-schaefer400_434_desc-denoisecorrMatrix1_meas-PearsonCorrelation_relmat.tsv

• bad because of 434 tag does not follow BIDS convention?
