Installation of Libraries

Currently we do not support all of the lab41/pelops libraries, specifically:

pip install imageio
conda install opencv hdfs3

Should we add these to the container? Or should we develop a method to automate dependencies? Or some other option?

I wish that there were a way in the JupyterHub landing page (the one with "Start My Server", etc.) to manage multiple Jupyter notebook servers. Ideally, you'd be able to manage starting a new container with a specified image.

Then each team would be free to build their own Docker image using this one as a base and just tell JupyterHub to use that image as their personal Jupyter notebook server.

As it stands though, I've just created a conda environment.yml file for our project that I use to rebuild my environment when my container gets recreated.

If you are going to add hdfs3, you might also need to add:
conda install libhdfs3
Otherwise 'from hdfs3 import HDFileSystem' during pelops testing coughs up:
ImportError: Can not find the shared library: libhdfs3.so
