Frontend & Web3: Implement 'Withdraw Tokens' Flow

Build the UI and Web3 integration for a recipient to claim their accumulated tokens. Add a 'Withdraw' button to the Stream Details screen that triggers the Soroban contract's withdraw function via the user's wallet.
