Missing Region - RU864

Hi,

Is there any plan to add RU864 to regions: https://github.com/LacunaSpace/basicmac/blob/master/lmic/region.h

Only following regions supported:

But in the https://github.com/LacunaSpace/basicmac/blob/master/tools/pylora/loradefs.py file, RU864 is supported:
